Refund & Cancellation Policy

Customers can raise a cancellation or refund request within 7 days of placing the order. Any requests made after 7 days from the order date will not be accepted. If your order has not been shipped yet, you may cancel it by contacting our customer support.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or receive a damaged or defective product, you are eligible to request a refund within the 7-day window. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and returned in its original packaging along with proof of purchase such as an invoice or order ID.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment.

We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement for the same product, please email us with your order details and clear images of the issue.
